Mid Sussex District Council has carefully considered the Recommendations of the Examiner which are outlined in the Slaugham Neighbourhood Plan Examiner's Report and the reasons for them. Mid Sussex District accepts those recommendations and the Decision Statement can be viewed here.
The Examiner for the Slaugham Neighbourhood Plan has praised the Parish, saying its “aspirations and ambitions are sound” but has asked for some further work on procedural matters. A public hearing into the Slaugham Neighbourhood Plan was held on 4 November 2013. The District Council’s notes of the public meeting are published here. Please note that these notes are being made available for information only and have not been agreed with the other interested parties.
