The South Downs Way

Between Winchester to Eastbourne. It’s the only official long-distance trail which has the status of a public bridleway. It follows a Stone Age flint trading route and provides some great off-road terrain.

Deers Leap

Located south of East Grinstead. Deers Leap Park has 240 acres of dedicated mountain bike tracks of every grade from family-friendly trails to single track and north shore in the woods.

Whether you are an experienced rider and enjoy a gallop on the Downs or prefer a quiet walk through the countryside - there are many bridle paths to explore.
