Kristy Adams has been elected to Mid Sussex District Council in the Bolney Ward.
A by-election was held on Thursday 15 September 2022 to fill a vacancy on Mid Sussex District Council following the resignation of Councillor Judy Llewellyn-Burke.
The election results for the Mid Sussex District Council Bolney Ward by-election are as follows:
Kristy Lyn ADAMS (The Conservative Party Candidate) – 301 votes - ELECTED
Andrew William FOSTER (Labour Party) – 66 votes
Fiona JACKSON (Liberal Democrats) – 163 votes
Sue KELLY (Green Party) – 28 votes
Norman Frank William MOCKFORD (Independent) – 7 votes
Baron VON THUNDERCLAP (Official Monster Raving Loony Party) – 30 votes
The total number of votes cast in the Mid Sussex District Council Bolney Ward by-election was 596. There was 1 rejected ballot paper, and the turnout was 26.5%.
