Scam Parking Text Messages
The Council will only send texts to remind you to pay Council Tax and Business Rates.
Some residents have received texts instructing them to pay Parking Charge Notices. This is part of a text messaging scam.
If you receive a text from Mid Sussex District Council, the message will appear from ‘MidSussexDC’.
We will only send text messages as reminders to pay Council Tax and business rates.
We are aware of this activity and are taking action. Please ignore or block these messages.
