Business Rates text, email and voice messaging
If you fall behind on Business Rates payments, or if we need further details following recent budget announcements to confirm your sector, we may contact you by text, email, or phone (including pre-recorded messages)
If we send you a text message, it will be sent from ‘MidSussexDC’. It will include your name, as it appears on your Business Rates bill, and ask you to click on a link to verify your identity:

The link will always contain ‘revenue.midsussex.gov.uk’ and once clicked, will present you with a verification page to confirm your postcode:

Once your identity has been confirmed, you will be redirected to a new page which will detail your outstanding Business Rates payment(s) and provide you with further links to be able to make payment, via both our automated payment line, and our website. It will also provide you contact details should you wish to discuss your outstanding payment(s):
