You can get the lower rate if you get:

- Guaranteed pension credit
You will be required to show proof of benefit and a utility bill to confirm your address to the pest technician when they visit.
We use pest control contractors from SDK Environmental Ltd (Dial a Pest). They are fully trained and operate under strict safety controls.
Wasp nests
Make sure when booking for a wasp treatment that it is for wasps and not another species. If on arrival a pre-booked wasp treatment is identified as bees – a protected species – we will not be able to carry out the treatment and no refunds will be given.
Any wasp nests located more than 16 feet / 4.87m above the ground may result in:
- An additional charge
- The treatment not being possible
