Please note: Benefits reception is open for different hours to the main reception. The hours are from 08:45am to 12:30pm Monday to Fridays

Our receptionists have considerable knowledge of council services. If your enquiry is identified as a County Council rather than a District Council responsibility, you may use the freephone service in reception to contact the West Sussex County Council offices in Chichester.
