Howard Mundin has been elected to Haywards Heath Town Council in the Franklands Ward.
A by-election was held on Thursday 17 October 2019 following the resignation of Councillor Christian Pitt earlier this year.
The election results for the Haywards Heath Town Council Franklands Ward by-election are as follows:
Matthew BREWIN (Green) – 82 votes
Nicholas CHAPMAN (Lib Dem) – 359 votes
Dean FINCH (Labour) – 50 votes
Howard MUNDIN (Conservative) – 458 votes – ELECTED
The total number of votes cast in the Haywards Heath Town Council Franklands Ward by-election was 952. There were 3 rejected ballot papers and the turnout was 23.1%.
