Council agrees to extend license for NHS use of Clair Hall site
PR2346/TC/MJ - 26/03/2021
Mid Sussex District Council (MSDC) has now agreed to an NHS request to extend its use of the Clair Hall site as a Vaccination Centre
The original license requested by the NHS for its use of the Clair Hall site as a vaccination centre was to the end of May 2021. However, as the vaccination programme continues to be rolled out successfully at Clair Hall the NHS have now requested an extension to this license to the end of September 2021 for first and second vaccinations.
Councillor Judy Llewellyn-Burke, MSDC’s Deputy Leader confirmed “We have recently received a request from the NHS to extend their license to use the Clair Hall site as a vaccination centre to the end of September 2021. As envisaged when the licence was first granted in January 2021, we are happy to agree to this request and to play our small part in the national vaccination effort.”
MSDC will remain flexible in dealing with any future requests from the NHS for the continued use of the site.
