This form should be used to apply to vary an existing Premises Licence. For example an extension of licensing hours, to add licensable activities or to change the layout of the premises to increase the bar area.
Some variations can be made under the Minor Variation Procedure. If you are unsure of which procedure to use please contact the Licensing team for advice.
The application process for a full variation to an existing Premises Licence is the same as for a new premises licence, including the fee structure. There is a 28 day consultation as part of the application process.

If you do not have a credit/debit card, please print the form, complete and return to the Licensing Team enclosing a cheque (made payable to Mid Sussex District Council).
If the application is not being submitted electronically the application must be copied and sent to the Responsible Authorities as well as the Licensing Authority.
