Mid Sussex District Council have teamed up with the Planning Portal to enable you to make your Planning Application online.
The Planning Portal also contains information and guidance on whether planning permission is needed, and a step-by-step guide on how to apply for planning permission. It also provides access to regulations and guidance notes for application and appeal procedures, as well as links to policy guidance, circulars and other useful planning resources.
Make a Planning Application Online
To submit a planning application to Mid Sussex District Council, click on the link below and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will be required to fill in the necessary details, and there is also an option for attaching plans, drawings and photographs. Once complete, your application will be sent to the Planning Department.

Mid Sussex Adopted Local Plan / Local Development Framework
