Reducing crime, disorder and antisocial behaviour is something we all want to see in our community. Everyone wants to feel safe in their neighbourhoods, homes and when out and about.
Accomplishing such aims is no longer the responsibility of just one agency, such as the Police. The Government now requires local organisations to work together to improve Community Safety for all residents living in Mid Sussex.
The Mid Sussex Crime & Disorder Reduction Partnership (CDRP) was established in 1998 to tackle crime and the fear of crime in our towns and villages.
The members of the CDRP are:
- Mid Sussex District Council
- Sussex Police
- Sussex Police Authority
- Sussex Probation
- West Sussex County Council
- West Sussex Primary Care Trust
- West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service
By joining all these agencies together, we aim to reduce crime, disorder and antisocial behaviour in Mid Sussex,
