District Plan consultation

Thank you to everyone who responded to the draft District Plan consultation. Residents' feedback is very important and the Council is grateful to all those who took the time getting involved in saying what they would like to see over the next 20 years.

Warmer West Sussex

Mid Sussex District Council is helping local residents to stay warm at home this winter by offering free visits from qualified energy assessors.

Bright FM signs up

Local radio station Bright FM has pledged its support for the Sussex Living Marathon Weekend and will be broadcasting live from the event in May.

Get better broadband

Mid Sussex residents are being asked to let West Sussex County Council know if they would like improved broadband provision. Residents can register at www.westsussex-betterconnected.org.uk or by completing a form at a local library or Help Point.

Draft budget proposals online

The Council's proposed draft Corporate Plan and Budget for 2012/13 (pdf 979KB) is available for residents to view online. A summary of the main points can be found on the Council's Corporate Plan page.
