Low Cost Homeownership in Mid Sussex
If you are interested in Shared Ownership and other HomeBuy options you need to apply to go on the HomeBuy register which is managed by Moat. You can apply online, find out more about different HomeBuy options and search for homes currently for sale on Moat's HomeBuy website.

HomeBuy is aimed at first time buyers, however, other applicants may also be considered e.g. those who have gone through a relationship breakup. Social tenants who wish to buy a property through HomeBuy are given priority.

Mid Sussex District Council believes that new affordable housing developments in the villages and towns of Mid-Sussex should enable local people to remain in their own communities if they wish to do so. Applicants with a local connection with the area through residence, employment or close family residence are therefore prioritised.

To find out what HomeBuy options are currently available in the district please see Low Cost Home Ownership options
